DARTMOUTH — Chief Brian Levesque reports that the Dartmouth Police Department responded to a report of a bomb threat to a business Thursday afternoon.
At approximately 1:30 p.m., a business, located on Faunce Corner Road, received an email that made reference to a bomb threat. Police were immediately notified.
Dartmouth Police responded and through an on-scene investigation, it was determined that the threat was not credible.
The email the business received was similar to several threats that were made across the country to businesses Thursday afternoon.
